Nalbari Commerce College, Nalbari Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The college accommodates hostel facility for the girl students. The 40-seater Women Hostel in the college campus is well equipped and fully secured. A Hostel Management Committee headed by the Principal of the college manages the hostel. A senior teacher acts as the Secretary of the committee while one is appointed Warden of the hostel. The Principal monitors the role of the concerned committee.

The College has a Medical facility. Doctors and nurses have been engaged on a part-time basis. Students are offered health services through the center on the dates notified earlier by the concerned authority. The first-aid service is also made available through the center. In medical emergencies, the college authority takes the utmost care for hospitalized students. The college is only 1 km. away from all the hospitals available in the town. Financial assistance is provided to poor students if and when necessary.

The central library of the college has a good collection of books and journals along with the facility of a spacious reading room. Students of the college, after depositing the caution money, may avail the facility of having two books at a time subject to the yearly renewal of the library card. The outsiders may avail themselves of reading books within the library, but are not allowed to borrow books. The college has fixed Rs. 150/- for the first book and R..s 100/- for the next additional book, as caution money (refundable after deducting nominal charge for wear and tear.)

The college has Sports facilities like Volleyball Court, Tennis Court, and Indoor Sports Complex on the college campus.

The College has sufficient computer sets to expose college students in the field of Information Technology to Internet facilities. The I.T. center also conducts short-term computer courses. It comprises two rooms, one for holding theoretical classes and another one for practical purposes. One more computer room is there in the college, which is used for practical purposes for the subject Information Technology (Vocational).

The college has a canteen in its campus at a hygienic atmosphere. Students may avail different food items at affordable rates.
