Admission processes are customarily initiated before the commencement of each academic year that begins in August-September.  For undergraduate programs, applicants must have completed 10+2 from any recognized board. The college offers various B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., and BCA programs, each with eligibility criteria specified accordingly. For admission into postgraduate programs, candidates must have completed their bachelor's degree in the same relevant field from a recognized university.

Degree wise Admission Process

Total intake for various B.A. combinations is 280 seats. The eligibility criteria state that students should have successfully completed their 10+2 level with the relevant subjects.

B.Sc.: The college provides B.Sc. programs in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Botany, Zoology, Electronics, and Computer Science combinations. The total intake for B.Sc. programs is 264 seats. Students who have completed 10+2 with Science subjects are eligible to apply.

B.Com.: The specializations offered in B.Com. are Finance and Accounts, and Computer Applications. Each program has an intake of 80 seats, totaling 160 for B.Com. courses.  Students who have passed the 10+2 examination with Commerce or equivalent are eligible for the B.Com. courses.

BCA: The Bachelor of Computer Applications program has an intake of 60 seats and will enroll all students who completed 10+2 in any stream with Mathematics as a subject.

M.A.: The postgraduate programs run in Kannada, Sociology, Economics, and English, each having an intake of 20 seats. Eligible to apply are those with relevant bachelor's degrees.

M.Sc.: The college offers M.Sc. in Computer Science with an intake of 35 seats. Graduates with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields can apply.

M.Com.: The Master of Commerce program has an intake capacity of 20 seats. Candidates with a B.Com. or an equivalent degree are eligible for admission.
