    About Cutoff at National Institute for Teacher Education, Khetri

    The National Institute for Teacher Education (NIFTE) releases a merit list and a waiting list for each academic session. The cutoff or merit list is prepared according to the guidelines of Gauhati University. Candidates interested in the B.Ed programme must take the GUBEDCET entrance exam. Gauhati University prepares the cutoff list and merit list based on the scores obtained in this entrance examination. 

    Candidates can check the official NIFTE website for the merit list. Shortlisted candidates are required to attend in person and pay the course fee to confirm their admission at NIFTE. Similarly, for admission to the M.Ed programme at NIFTE, candidates must take the GU M.Ed entrance exam. Gauhati University prepares the integrated cutoff list or rank list.
