About National Institute for Teacher Education, Khetri
The National Institute for Teacher Education, Khetri was established in the year 1998 and accredited with a grade ‘B’ by NAAC. The institute is recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and permitted by the Government of Assam. The NIFTE Khetri offers various courses in Teacher Education at two levels of programmes. The institute is affiliated with Gauhati University, Guwahati.
The NIFTE courses include undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the field of Education. They are also required to take the relevant entrance examination, such as the GUBEDCET or GU M.Ed entrance examination.
