from the information of the official website of national post graduate college barhalganj , it is not showing b.ed course on its curriculum section. as for the website, there is no b.ed course right now, you have passed the course almost 8 years back. however you can mention about

So to get admission in the bsc agriculture colleges you need to write ICAR entrance exam.If you get good rank then you can attend the web option and make a councilling then you will be placed in the college as suitable to your rank.thats simple.
