NSHM College of Pharmaceutical Technology, Kolkata, was established in the year 2005. The institution stands as one of the most renowned institutions in this field of pharmaceutical education. In the case of the B.Pharma course, the admission is based on national and state-level entrance examinations; prime importance is given to the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main) and West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WBJEE). The scores from the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test are considered by the college during postgraduate admissions, and this is the preferred route.
