It's difficult to exactly say if you can get admission into a medical college. However based on your score you won't be able to get AIQ seat and state qouta seat for mbbs and dental program.

However you can try to get into private colleges and deemed universities

With 343 Mark you have no chance to get government mbbs seat if you belong to OBC catagory. You need to score at least 410 above marks for government seat. But you can easily get private mbbs seat or you can get seat in government BDS college.
