Master of Education (M.Ed) is a two-year full-time postgraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Tamil Nadu Teachers Education University, Chennai.

Eligibility Criteria

The Candidates seeking Admission to the M.Ed. the programme should have obtained at least 50% marks or an equivalent grade in the following programmes.

(i) B.Ed

(ii) BA B.Ed, B.ScB.Ed

(iii) B.El.Ed

(iv) D.El.Ed with an undergraduate Degree (with 50% marks in each)

Admission Details

Admission Shall be Made on merit on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying examination in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/Government/University/UT Administration.
