24 MonthsMaster of Technology in Food Technology is a 2-year course at Parul University, which prepares students for the high-level practice of food science and technology. The program offers a solid academic base of food processing and preservation, food safety and quality assurance, product innovation, nutrition, and regulatory standards, but also focuses on how these practices can be applied in industries. Students are taught in the classroom, specialised laboratories, research projects, and industry partnerships, being exposed to the most up-to-date tools, testing equipment, and food processing technologies. They become qualified food technologists with the help of highly qualified staff, modern facilities and an active learning atmosphere. By the end of the program, students are not just food quality and food safety experts but innovators who can provide food with sustainable, nutritional, and industry-ready solutions in the future.
