Patna Medical College and Hospital offers varied infrastructure and facilities such as canteen and laboratory for the students and faculty. Other facilities like X-Ray machines, etc.

Canteen: Canteen is available at the College premises that serves food to the students and faculty at a reasonable price.
Laboratory: PMCH has laboratory facilities for the students and faculty that can be used by them for the research work and practical experience.

Boys Hostel
The college has got six hostels for boys. The boy's hostels accommodation for 346 students.
Girls Hostel
The college has got one for girls. The girls' hostels accommodation for 197 students.
Medical/Hospital
The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.
Gym
The college has a Gym facility for the students.
Library
The college Library is situated on the ground floor of the Administrative Block. In the year 1982,50 journals were being subscribed. Now we have increased the number of the journal to 120. The total number of books in the library is 6198.
Sports
The college has sports facilities for all students.
I.T Infrastructure
The college has excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.
Cafeteria
We also provide our students good food and hygiene environment at the canteen. As f we know food is the elementary need of every human being. So we facilitate our students for good and healthier food.
Laboratories
We also provide our students a good laboratory , where they can enhance their learning experiences at their best levels.

College Infrastructure

The college has clean classrooms, big library and well equiped laboratories. The college also has a hospital with 2000 beds and government invest alot to make it a good hospital. The college also has hostel facilities .

which college is better for mbbs igims patna or pmch patna?

Dear aspirant

As both colleges are situated in patna and are almost of the same level. If you ask according to academic and facilities it is better in igims as it is semi government college. If you ask about patients reach then it is more in PMCH than the igims as pmch is the oldest and there's patients comes from every district of bihar but patients reach is also too good for igims and it is more than enough to learn you about your subject. As IGIMS is semi government college so you will have to pay some Higher tution fee as compared to PMCH so this can be your deciding factor or otherwise both colleges are best in bihar you can choose any one of them according to your comfortablity.

If i wanna admission in PMCH then what should be the minimun required marks foe that. I belong to general category and after that what will be the fee structure per year?

Patna Medical College and Hospital (PMCH Patna) provides high-quality medical programmes supervised by highly qualified faculty and equipped with cutting-edge technology. The undergraduate medical programmes at the College are well-known (MBBS).

Tution fees is around 6 to 7 thousand Indian rupees , extra circular acticites fees is around 4 to 5 thousand Indian Rupee and security deposit money is 10,000 which is refundable.

For general Category students, cut off percentile is 50 and cut off marks is around 302.

Hello!

In order to get admission in PCMH, Patna, you need to pass 10+2 with PCB with a minimum of 50 percent marks for UR and a minimum of 40 percent for OBC or SC or ST or a minimum of 45 percent marks for PWD for admission to MBBS. You have to get admission through NEET UG and you must complete 17 years of age at the time of admission.

You have to pass graduation for admission to MD or MS or MCh.
