College campus is good but classrooms are not as much good as required and laboratories facilities are not good as needed and most of the facilities are available but some facilities are missing from the college campus.

Yes if you can do any of them at distance mode. As far I know D.pharm means diploma in pharmacy is a regular 2 years course for which one need to attend theory and practical classes regularly. You cannot pursue 2 Regular programmes in the same duration. As
