About PIMS Pondicherry
Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Pondicherry was established in the year 2002. The Institute is a Co-ed and has been accredited by NAAC and is an affiliated college. The Institute offers undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programmes to students who want to pursue higher degree courses in the fields of Nursing, Pulmonology and Respiratory Medicine, Medical-Surgical Nursing, General Surgery and others. Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Pondicherry also called PIMS Pondicherry courses include B.Sc., M.Sc., M.B.B.S., M.D., M.S., and M.Ch. Admission into these courses is given based on the common entrance exam (NEET) conducted by NTA. Where NEET scores are considered for the M.B.B.S., M.D., M.S., M.Ch and Ph.D. programmes. Entrance exam scores are considered for B.Sc, M.Sc and Ph.D. courses. Aspirants are advised to acquire valid scores in their respective NEET/NEET-PG exams.
At the same time, students are advised to meet the Pondicherry Institute of Medical Sciences, Pondicherry cut-off as prescribed by the management for admissions. The institute runs its hospital where students get placed from different levels of study. Hello aspirant,
Fees vary according to Institute , state and your caste category . If you get into aiims Or jipmer, your fees will be around 6k for MBBS .
If you go for government or semi government, it will be around 60k to 1 lakh per year.

if you need to apply for admission in PIMS college, you need to follow the instructions-
for UG and PG courses , NEET marksheet is required, you will get admission on this basis only.
only then you can apply for counselling and get admission in this college.
