About PIET Jaipur
The Poornima Institute of Engineering and Technology or PIET mushroomed into existence in the year 2007 and is a leading Engineering college of Rajasthan situated in Jaipur. This affiliated college which occupies 5.03 acres of land got accreditation from the National Assessment and Accreditation Council and approval from All India Council for Technical Education for their Engineering college.
PIET has a number of engineering programs: in total, 7 programs and 1 type of degree. The institute admits a total of 936 students enrolled and has 77 faculties which give this institute a good student-to-faculty ratio. Education-wise, this is realizable through its focused specialization in such courses as Computer Science and Engineering; Artificial Intelligence; Data Science; Internet of Things.
From the aforementioned findings it can be seen that the PIET offers all round physical infrastructure to meet the needs of students in academic plus personal development. The institute has sophisticated laboratories for different branches like Machine Drawing, Physics and Computer at OQ Campus. A highly equipped IBM Lab for Business Intelligence and Cloud Computing research is provided for high level study.
The two hostelsare respectively for boys and girls contain comfortable, spacious semi furnished rooms with facilities like WiFi Internet connection, water purifiers and indoor/ outdoor games. The Central Library of the institute is the knowledge centre of the students and faculties where there is a vast collection of Books, Periodicals and Digital Sources. As for the physical fitness the students can take help of multi-facility gym which is provided on each hostel campus.
PIET has a total of 07 full time B.Tech programmes for engineering fields of study. The institute has a chattered intake capacity of 936 student from all the courses that it offers. Out of all the programs, Computer Science and Engineering – B.Tech has the largest fatt with 240 seats, while there are 60 seat each for programs such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Science along with Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Internet of Things. It also offers programs in Civil Engineering, and Computer Science and Information Technology .

The PIET admission process for the most part relies on scores from the nationally accepted Joint Entrance Examination Main, also known as the engineering entrance test. This forms the institute at par with other engineering colleges of India as far as the admission process is concerned.

Poornima Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET), Jaipur, is a prominent engineering college in Rajasthan. The institute provides various B.Tech courses. PIET Jaipur admission process is a well-organized process that aims to select talented and deserving students. PIET Jaipur admission process is mainly based on marks obtained by the Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main), making it in line with other eminent engineering colleges in India.
PIET Jaipur admission process usually start after the announcement of the results of the JEE Main. Although dates may change from year to year, the students must be ready to apply after the JEE Main examination held in January and April. There are 936 seats available in different B.Tech courses, and therefore the institute is a major contributor to engineering education in the area.
In order to be considered for PIET Jaipur admission process for B.Tech programmes, students should have passed the 10+2 level with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subjects. JEE Main scores are also accepted by the institute as the first criterion for admission. It is a national-level examination that tests how well students have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics, thus ensuring that students admitted have good knowledge in these main subjects.
PIET Jaipur Application Process
Application procedure for admission to Poornima Institute of Engineering and Technology, Jaipur, is as follows:
- Attempt the JEE Main exam: First, the students need to attempt the JEE Main examination, which is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) twice annually.
- JEE Main Result Announcement: Wait for the result announcement of the JEE Main examination by the NTA.
- Submission of Application: After the results are announced, shortlisted candidates can submit the application to PIET. The institute must have an online application submission portal, but these were not described in detail.

College Infrastructure
Institute's infrastructure is honestly fantastic. They have great space and also very great classroom which have digital boards as well as white boards. The classrooms are very bright as they are small in size.

College Infrastructure
The college infrastructure is average with functional facilities. Classrooms and labs are adequate but lack modern amenities. Improvement needed for student comfort and technology integration. Wifi is available throughout the college.
It's quite interesting share my thought on my colleage.

College Infrastructure
College infrastructure is kind a decent in look , it not very big but if u wanted a college that focus on study then it's for you . There are A block , B block , C block , and D block respected to 1st year students, 2nd year students, 3rd year students, and 4th year . College is facilitated with wifi service with good lab . It's has also one idea lab that is very rare in RTU colleges.
