The medical unit is designed for handling people's everyday health problems and providing the first aid needed. Our college also has an ambulance service that can be availed in case of an emergency. The Students' Health Care Centre is located on the campus within easy reach of all the students. A full-time trained nurse will be available to take care of the students. All types of generic medicines will be available for needy students, as one may need them at any time. Consultation and Medicines are all free of cost.

Poornima Institute of Engineering and Technology provides a gym facility that has the motto " Health is wealth, and you get that wealth only by working out. In this regard, we have provided a gym facility for the students. We made sure to provide dedicated gyms to boys and girls so that they can work out efficiently. The well-equipped multi-gym provides students the opportunity to build their stamina to be better able to cope with the rigours of college life, channelise their energies in a healthy way, and also hone their physique.
