There is a government dispensary on the campus with full-time doctors and compounders. Students can avail of free health checkups, consultations, and medicine from the dispensary.

Post Graduate College, Ghazipur has a spacious gymnasium equipped with  all modern exercise and fitness equipment, gymnastic bars, rings, mattresses, wrestling mats and many other gym equipments.

The Institute has devoted considerable resources to its libraries, realizing the important role they play in grooming potential technocrats. The departmental library is housed in a 2000 sq. ft. area and has a fast-growing collection of around 20000 books. The entire library is fully digitalized with computerized issues and the return of books. About 3000 titles of most contemporary texts and reference books ensure that students face no dearth of study material to complement classroom lectures. The library subscribes to around 100 national/international periodicals (journals and magazines) of repute besides all leading national newspapers in English and Hindi. The library has a vast collection of case studies, research reports, video cassettes, and CD ROMS. There is an open-access system whereby any student can access any book on his/her own account. A comfortable reading hall, qualified and cooperative library staff, and strict discipline in the library are perfect allurements for students to spend enough time with books.

Post Graduate College, Ghazipur students have access to a huge sports complex with facilities for practically every major sport under the guidance of trained qualified sports teachers. There are separate grounds for football, hockey, and cricket. The spacious 6000 sq. ft. X 60 ft. high gymnasium is a functionally designed building with all modern exercise and fitness equipment, gymnastic bars, rings, mattresses, wrestling mat, badminton-court, table-tennis board, etc. Outdoor courts for basketball, volleyball, kabaddi, and kho-kho also exist in the complex. The athletics complex includes a 400m track, shot-put, discuss-throw, high-jump, long-jump and triple-jump facilities.

Post Graduate College, Ghazipur has three fully air-conditioned computer labs having 120 Intel core i5 systems in all, with high-speed networking and internet connectivity. The Post Graduate College labs have 100 Mbps fiber optics internet connection available round-the-clock throughout the network, offering unlimited internet access to every student.

A subsidized canteen fully air-conditioned is functioning within the premises of the Institute to serve hygienically prepared food to the staff and students. It is open from morning up to the time the students/staff are on the premises of the Institute. Delicious, hygienic, and wholesome food is provided catering to the needs of various students, staff, and faculty.

The college has a departmental-based laboratories facility for the students.

The institute has a guest house situated on the campus, in order to provide accommodation to individuals and groups associated with official visits to PGC23 or guests visiting our campus. The guest house is comprised of a total of 06 double bedded air-conditioned rooms with attached bathrooms and all modern amenities.

The Institute provides a comfortable residential living for boys amidst lush green serene surroundings. There are separate hostels for boys (200 seated), each under the charge of a resident warden who is assisted by a host of supporting staff like security guards, servants, sweepers, gardeners, etc. Strict rules are followed in the hostels for maintaining perfect discipline.
