Shankarrao Ursal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research Centre laid the first stone in 2008, is associated with SPPU, Pune. It is acknowledged by AICTE, DTE, MSBTE, and PCI. It provides B.Pharm, Ph.D., M.Pharma degrees.
It does not provide hostel facilities either for girls air for boys.

Yes both income certificates are necessary. Government authorized income certificates are needed. Your parents income should not exceed 6 lakhs from all possible sources. TWF is a mainly for meritorious and Economically Backward students. Best wishes for your future.
