48 MonthsBachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing is a four-year full-time program that is the undergraduate level in the nursing course offered by Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, and approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
- The minimum age for admission shall be 17 years as of 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.
- The maximum age limit for admission shall be 35 years.
- For Science Candidates:
Candidates who have passed the 12th Standard examination (10+2) with Science subjects and obtained a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology taken together, and have passed English individually, are eligible. - For Candidates from Open Schools:
Candidates from State Open Schools recognized by the State Government and the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), recognized by the Central Government, who have studied Science subjects and English, are also eligible. - English Requirement:
English is a compulsory subject in 10+2 for eligibility for admission to the B.Sc Nursing program. - Color Blindness:
Colour blind candidates are eligible, provided they wear color-corrective contact lenses or spectacles. - Medical Fitness:
The candidate must be medically fit. - Married Candidates:
Married candidates are also eligible for admission. - Admission Frequency:
Students shall be admitted once a year.
