Rayat Shikshan Sanstha's Laxmibai Bhaurao Patil Mahila Mahavidyalaya, established in the year 1989 in Solapur, is a radiant landmark of women's education in the state of Maharashtra. This college, located at the centre of the city, Solapur, occupies a relatively compact 1.75-acre area. The institution is affiliated with Punyashlok Ahilyadeviolkar Holkar Solapur University, Solapur. The institution is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). With an enrolment strength of 1,005 girls only and a faculty strength of 24, the college maintains an intimate learning environment. It offers courses in six courses under 3 degrees specialised in arts and commerce disciplines. 

Laxmibai Bhaurao Patil Mahila Mahavidyalaya boasts an array of facilities designed to enhance the educational experience of students.
