24 MonthsBachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by the Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate who has passed marks in each course shall be 35% and 40% in aggregate. The successful candidates shall be classified into three divisions.
1st Division: Those who obtain 60% or more of aggregate marks. A candidate Obtaining 75% or more marks in aggregate or individual courses shall be shown to have passed the examination with distinction.
2nd Division: Those who obtain 50% or more but less than 60% or aggregate marks.
3rd Division: Those who obtain 40% or more but less than 50% of aggregate marks.
Admission Details
Admission shall be made on merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government/U.T. Administration and the University.
