I can not find a link between both i.e. MHTCET exam and BAMS admission as MHTCET is an exam cobducted for admission in engineering colleges while BAMS is a degree in ayurvedic medicines and surgery which is a part of medical .

Frankly, 126 is a very less score for a good government college. Even for a good bams college you score should  be above 300. This year we may expect a rise in this score too. I will suggest you to start studying again and try to score higher grades
