hi, cutoff marks vary year to year depending upon no. of students appeared in exam and difficulty level of exam so if you belong to general category and  applying for 85% state quota seats ,than to be on safer side you should score above 410 marks to secure a seat

BAMS is not possible without NEET. 

You know your domicile so accordingly go for BHMS college because BAMS college with 166 score it's really hard to get a medical MBBS seat !

Hiii raju....No, not at all, because at this score you aren't even fulfilling the qualification criteria of govt colleges. So there's hardly any chance of getting admission in any quota.

Frankly, 259 is less for any good government college especially for a general category student. For government bams till last year marks above 300 were considered good. But there might be some increase in that too as ranks and marks have shuffled this year. But still wait for bams
