Looking at the previous years' cutoffs, you can get a government medical seat in UP in colleges like Sarojini Naidu Medical College, Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College, etc.  only if you hold a reservation certificate like SC or ST.

Coming to your question I would like to tell you that to do the bams you have to give the neet exam and the elligibility for it is same as per the neet , to get a good college your score must be around the 300 -
