I would like to let you know that the cutoff for getting a seat in medical colleges is very high due to high competition and huge number of aspirants.The marks required to be scored in NEET exam to get admission in BDS college in Mumbai is 500+ atleast

After this, no update is published on the official website. It's better to wait until something comes up.

Sorry to inform you, but private colleges in Pune only keep 70% regional quota, and 30% state quota, further dividing them into UR category and UR women category. There's no such reservations for OBC or SC or ST.

Yes, of course you will be still elligible for the MBBS through NEET. As of the fact, NTA has given the opportunity to all the candidates who are interested by removing the upper age limit for appearing in NEET. Your admission in BAMS will not be any hinderance

It was your fault if you had given wrong information about your gender and it might affect your further admission process. 

I would suggest you to get in touch with the college that you would get admission in. It might create problem afterwards during admission.
