     The qualifying score for SC category for NEET UG 2019 is 107 and since your score is 161 which is more than the minimum qualifying score so you can surely get a seat in Karnataka but you can only get a seat in deemed universities of Karnataka like Sri devraj

    Yes, you have chances of getting BAMS college with your marks but it is diificult to provide exact chances as cutoff chamges every year and depends on various factors. But with obc quota you may get your priority course. The admission to BAMS will be taken state-wise counselling

    General Category: 370
    BC: 357
    SC: 257
    ST: 184

    For getting a bams seat in govt. College under general category, try to have score of 370+ marks in neet ug .For private colleges, try to score more than 380, that would be enough.
    For government colleges, try to score a little more, at around 420.

    The the minimum cutoff for BMS for general category is 134 and sensor scores 237 you can surely get admission in BMS College of your state but your your marks is not much more than the qualifying score so you can get a seat in deemed universities of Uttarakhand like

    The cutoff of BAMS for this year is 107 for reserved category 120 for UR PH and 134 for unreserved category . Since your score is 243 which is more than the minimum cutoff for BAMS so you can surely get an admission in BAMS  but you have chances only
