Well since your score is close to 400, I don't think that you will be able to get bams or bhms at 15%all India level the best you can do is try for state quota government college.

The cut-off for this year is not out yet so it is difficult to predict the exact cut-off that BHU will decide as it varies a little every year based on various factors like

  • Intake capacity of college
  • Number of applications
  • Difficulty level of exam
  • Students' performance
  • Previous

Firstly, I would say the category you belong to and the state you're willing to take admission are two very important deciding factors. Also, if you wish to take a seat in BAMS you need to score atleast 350-400 marks to enhance the chances and be on safe side. Therefore

Generally BAMS , BHMS  have very high cutoff too . It goes upto 350-400 marks for general and is nearly nearby for other categories. 

So i suggest you to not keep your hopes up.

No, you can not do because homeopathy and allopathy are different pathy. For appearing in NEET PG exam you need to do MBBS. You can do MD in homeopathy.
