Frankly, 250 is very less for any government college. You might have already seen the high scores student have scored. So it can be predicted that even for bams they may increase the cut off. If you really want a good college, I will suggest you to start studying

You have scored pretty low in NEET 2019 to get a government BAMS college in Karnataka under the state quota. The cutoffs of every college tends to close over 300-350 marks for general category. With 150, you stand nowhere close to that.

If you are Under UR category then i am sorry my friend, you can't get any college for MBBS course. I think even BDS is out of your reach as last year the cutoff was around 300.

As per the previous year(2018) eligibility norms, you have a decent chance to get admission in a BHMS college with 141 marks in the NEET.
As you mentioned that you belong to OBC category then you may have chance.but not sure about the colleges.
