Sorry to say but your score is very less for a government medical college for mbbs. For obc atleast more than 450 is required for a government college for mbbs. Your score is very less compared to it. So you should either give one more attempt or take admission

312 is less if you want a government mbbs college. It may still fall short for government bds( can't be said with 100% confirmation right now). But there is a chance for private college. You might have already cleared the cut off. Check your ranking and go for counseling.
