why? There is fight among MBBS vs BHMS, BAMS and BUMS in India for doctor title. Why can we not call doctor to all (MBBS, BHMS BAMSandBUMS)?

Legally and technically the degree of BHMS is accepted as one of courses to be practiced just as Allopathy, Ayurved, Unani etc. There’re other degrees as well like BNYS which are allowed to practise but they can’t be called a “Doctor”.
