You can get a BAMS seat through the All India AYUSH Counselling. You may not a government seat though but you can surely get a private seat. Apart from Ayurvedic, you can apply for unani and homeopathy too.
Also you can apply for various state counsellings for AYUSH

Dear Saahil, 171 marks in NEET qualify you in NEET but the score is too less even with reservation. This year the cut offs have gone way too higher. You haven't mentioned the State you belong to either. May be after all the rounds of Counselling are done and over
