If you are from general category then you have less chances of getting in government bams college in all india quota and state quota but you have chances private college in state quota.

Though you have not mentioned the state and category but nevertheless.With this marks there are some chnaces to get the BAMS Admission if you belong to ST Category but if belong to any other its not possible to get a seat.

Though you have not mentioned your category and the states you want information for .Find the general details related to the expected cut off for different categories for getting admission in AYUSH Courses through NEET 2019.

For UR: 420 and above

For OBC: 400 and above

As you have mentioned that your neet score is 386 marks which indeed are very less for you to get a government college for BAMS course... And you fall under sc category, which won't benefit you to grab a seat for BAMS... Moreover, you want a seat in UP..
