Yes, you can get the bams seat (gov) but it's very difficult to secure a government seat in medical college for mbbs with this marks. As the cutoff for sc is quite high (400-450) .

According to the privileges in the Drugs & Cosmetics Act 1940, Rules 1945 Sec 2ee(iii), States have right to allow BAMS doctors to use modern medicine. 

Hence, in Maharashtra BAMS graduates are allowed to practice Modern Medicine.
