There is nothing about the Mop Up round of BAMS programme in Maharashtra officially, But the seats vacant after the completion of 5th round and the seats which will be newly added as per the newly received permission of Government of India will be filled. You can check the information

BAMS admission will be separately by the particular state counselling authorities. So if you explain the particular state to which you want to know BAMS cutoff then I can help you better about.

No you cannot as minimum qualification marks is mandatory for NEET UG as 50%aggregate marks in 12th is must.

Also for BAMS private colleges students need to have atleast qualifications marks in NEET UG exam. This year approximately 119 marks or 50th percentile in General category was must as qualifying
