i got 139 in neet and i belong to sc category . am i eligible for bhms and bams?

It would be tough to tell you the exact & the cutoff also varies state to state. Based on this score the chances seems less to get a seat for BHMS & BAMS programme but you can try for the private colleges.

BAMS & BHMS counselling will be conducted by the respective counselling authorities on the basis of NEET score. You need to register yourself for that state which you belong. About which state counselling you are asking?

agar maine allot hua bds college cancel kar diya to kya mai bams ke councelling ke liye eligible rahunga kya?

As the counselling for both the courses are different, there would be no problem to shift your course.

mam kya BAMS aur NEET ki preparation ek sath kr sakte hai jisse ek sal waste na ho.

yes you can go for it.
But make sure your college grants you to quit the course once you get selected for MBBS

Bams neet councelling ke liye registration process kya hai &cutt off kya hai

well for BAMS there is nothing yet decided wait for it.
