SC/ST/OBC: 40th Percentile

Yes in Delhi there are some private colleges and you will definitely get admission

It would be tough to tell you the exact & the cutoff also varies state to state. Based on this score the chances seems less to get a seat for BHMS & BAMS programme but you can try for the private colleges.

BAMS & BHMS counselling will be conducted by the respective counselling authorities on the basis of NEET score. You need to register yourself for that state which you belong. About which state counselling you are asking?

sir, i have 130 mark in neet 2018.i belong to NT-D Category , i gat addmision bams privat/Gov. collage.......

You can take the admission for MBBS in 2019 if you have the valid score in NEET 2019. As you told that you have already taken the admission for BAMS then at the time of leaving the seat you need to contact the college official for the formalities to leave
