Sorry but your score is very low to get admission in govt BAMS college. The competition level is very high and you need to have a better score to secure a seat in govt colleges. However you might try for management quota seats

First you need to check the eligibilty and cutoffs of the colleges you are interested in.

What is cut off rankings for BAMS

It varies with each college and state. It would be better if you mention your state and category.
As per general trends, a score of more than 380 is enough to get a BAMS seat.
