For BAMS, you need to qualify NEET. Or else there is no other way. I'm so sorry
You could either do some other course like Nutritionist, dietician, physician , etc take or could take a year break and study well for next year NEET.

The chances of getting Government college for BAMS are 50%. However , you are eligible for private colleges for all courses. Your chances might be better if you belong to Home state quota

If you belong to a general category then your chances of getting a seat in government bams college is difficult but you can try for management quota seats in private bams colleges.i hope this information helps you.

The chances are less to get a seat in BAMS even in government colleges also

On the other hand you have a chances are there to get in the Private colleges

sir,i have got 237 in NEET 2018 and i m from karnataka ....can i get any BAMS govt seats in karnataka and i m 3b category

It would be tough to tell you the exact but according your score based on NEET 2018 the chances seems to be average to get BAMS programme in Government colleges.
