Hello Ram,

There is only a little chance of getting into a good government  college. The minimum score is nearly 400. So , you may get into a government college. But there are not enough chances.

You can apply for the private or deemed colleges seats belonging to other state than uk. As in govt colleges 85% seats are reserved for the candidates of the respective state.

The counselling of BHMS , BAMS will start after the counselling oh MBBS and BDS i.e most probably in august .

Counselling will be done via the state government  

You have to register on the website of the uttar pradesh. 

Upload documents  

Pay the counselling fee 

Then the merit list will be created.

BAMS counselling will be conducted by the Indivisual state counselling authorities. You need to apply your state application form for this programme.

Based on your NEET 2018 score the chances are less to get a seat in Government colleges for BHMS & BAMS programme but you can try for private colleges.
