    It's not possible to get admission because NEET is compulsory to get admission in any medical course along with BAMS.
    If you want admission you can drop this year, prepare for NEET and give it next year.

    Dear student, though you belong to the reserved class, 191 marks in NEET are low to get a government college. At least around 250 would help you with a seat in govt BAMS colleges. You will have to turn your way towards private colleges now.

    Since the BAMS quota cut off goes around 350 marks in general category and 330 marks in one category.These are the cut off based on previous years but it depends upon the number of students applied for the course and changes every year.

    As you mentioned with 240 marks, your chances of getting a decent government college in your state through state quota(85%) are pretty low aa cutoffs have increased by 30-40 marks this year.
    However you might get some good private medical college in your state through state quota.

    In order to get the Ayurvedic course, the candidate must have cleared the class 12 with atleast 50% aggregate marks in the PCB and then the candidate will be able to apeear for the NEET exam. The admissions in the ayurvedic course will be based on the entrance exam only
