It's not possible to get admission because NEET is compulsory to get admission in any medical course along with BAMS.
If you want admission you can drop this year, prepare for NEET and give it next year.

The online registration for BAMS counselling in Rajasthan is from 13 July 2019 to 6 August 2019.. And for the 1st and 2nd round counselling the candidates will get a SMS on the registered mobile number before 7 days of counselling..

Sorry dear. You are not eligible for any round of counselling in both All India Quota or State Quota of any state whatsoever. To appear in NEET counselling, the candidate should have scored qualifying marks according to their respective categories. Your marks are very less and doesnot make

Candidates who wish to pursue undergraduate courses which include Ayurveda,Naturopathy,Unani,Siddha,Homeopathy,have to clear NEET and it is compulsory.
Infact NEET has been made compulsory for medical courses like MBBS,BDS,BHMS,BUMS,BAMS,Veterinary and also for foreign medical colleges.
There is a separate eligibility criteria for BAMS,that is-
