    Well the chances are quite stiff as the BAMS colleges follow a simple criteria :

    420 +you can get into a government college for BAMS 

    350 + you can get into a semi government college for BAMS 

    119-280 you can get into a private college for BAMS

    You have got just a little marks more from the qualifying marks and inspite of the category I am sorry to inform you that according to me you have no chance of getting into government medical college this year.

    You may get admission in private BAMS college though

    Yes, you can cancel your BDS seat and fill up BAMS preference form.
    The admission to Maharashtra BAMS courses haven't yet begun and the state is yet to release the dates.

    As per the selection criteria, irrespective of the course you are seeking the admission in, as per the rules you have to have qualified in NEET to become eligible for admission. So, unless you score the minimum qualifying percentile, i.e. 50th Percentile for General, 40th Percentile for SC/ST/OBC

    Based on marks you have less chances if getting admission in government bams college in Karnataka.
    Either you should take drop or you can look for private colleges.
