No there are subjects in sanskrit which you will have to study in Sanskrit in first year of BAMS. It doesn't mean you don't have to study subjects bin English infact most of the subjects will be in English.

It will depend on your category. If you are a general or OBC category student then it is not possible for you to get a government college.
But if you belong tto other categories then you might be allocated a government college because the cut off can be less for such students. Still there is chance but no guarantee because cut off has increased this year as the paper was easy.

Getting a government quota seat for BAMS with such low marks is very difficult.
The chances are not there to get a BAMS government college.
I would recommend you to consider private colleges for the same course because you won't be able to get a government seat.

Candidates seeking admission is undergraduate (UG) courses in Ayurveda, Yoga and Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha and Homoeopathy (AYUSH) will have to qualify NEET exam. The Ministry of AYUSH has implemented this from the 2019-20 academic session.
an official notification was released by the Ministry of Ayush to start the admission process to the BAMS, BHMS and BUMS courses through NEET exam.
AYUSH is a division of the Indian government and is liable for the development, education, and research in Ayurveda (traditional Indian medicine), Yoga, Naturopathy, Unani, Siddha, Homoeopathy, Sowa Rigpa (traditional Tibetan medicine) and other indigenous medicine systems in India.
Candidates seeking admission in BHMS, BAMS or BUMS course from Indian institution, will need to register themselves for NEET 2019 and appear in the examination.
