NO, BAMS admission takes place through NEET. One must qualify NEET exams to get admission BANS college.
BAMS college admission is on the basis of NEET score.

No there are subjects in sanskrit which you will have to study in Sanskrit in first year of BAMS. It doesn't mean you don't have to study subjects bin English infact most of the subjects will be in English.

It will depend on your category. If you are a general or OBC category student then it is not possible for you to get a government college.
But if you belong tto other categories then you might be allocated a government college because the cut off can be

Getting a government quota seat for BAMS with such low marks is very difficult.
The chances are not there to get a BAMS government college.
I would recommend you to consider private colleges for the same course because you won't be able to get a government seat.
