60 MonthsBachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Legislative Law (B.Com LLB) Honours is a five-year full-time Integrated program in Law offered by Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore with the approval of Bar Council of India (BCI).
Academic qualification – Higher Secondary School Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with 50% marks. There shall be a relaxation of 5% marks in the case of SC/ST students.
As per Bar Council of India Legal Education Rules 2008, BCI: D: 2010 dated 30.11.2010 and circular No. 02/2010 dated 20.12.2010. Sec 5(b) and explanation:
“Applicants who have obtained 10+2 higher secondary pass certificate or first-degree certificate after prosecuting studies in distance or correspondence method are eligible for admission in the integrated five-year course.
Applicants who have obtained 10+2 or graduation/post graduation through the open universities system, directly without having any basic qualification for prosecuting such studies are NOT ELIGIBLE for admission in law courses.
there are smartboards in classrooms and the campus was so clean and there are sports club and ground also here in the campus but there are no wifi facilities are available but libraries and laboratories are here and hostel facility has also.
