There is no attendance rules and regulations in the college so students don't come to attend college regularly. The professors teach in traditional methods which is like government school. The exposure is too limited.

The college don't have any placement facilities. As the students are not interested in even attending college, there is no way the students or college will make placement committee so there is no placements in college at all.

Every semester end feedback is taken on all subjects, teachers for improvement next semester and throughout the teacher student interactions efforts are being made to improve. The curriculum is updated every year with field related developments.

Placements are not much for some streams as further studies only makes them employable but the other streams get good placements and salary packages. It depends on the course taken as not all are supported for immediate employment.

SNU chennai provides a very good learning experience. All our faculties are very well experienced and qualified for their job position and we hv an advanced research and computing facilities too. The lab staffs are very friendly and skilled.

The college shows a decent placement record with a focus on high placement percentages and attractive average salaries. The highest package secured was from b.tech. Overall there is still scope for improvement

The infrastructure at SRMIST Ramapuram is good and covers most of the academic needs, Classrooms are equipped with Projectors and labs - especially in biomedical department are functional and have essential equipment for practical learning. The library is spacious and offers a good collection of books though more biomedical specific books and updated journals would be a welcome addition. Hygiene across the campus is well- maintained, including classrooms, washrooms and food courts. However, there is no campus wide Wi-fi for students. Hostel Facilities are moderate while food is decent and manageable. Overall, it's a good place with clean and safe environment.

I am pursuing B.tech biomedical engineering because of passion in healthcare innovation and medical technologies. The teaching quality is great and the faculties are knowledgeable and they are very supportive in research areas. The curriculum is quite updated but can be imporved a little bit.

Placements in the Biomedical engineering department is decent. The placement cell is supportive and the companies coming for placement is good. Industry exposure training is good and we are motivated to explore more in our core area.

campus life is very active with a variety of clubs and events happening all around the year. As a Biomedical student, I have been involved in lot of technical clubs and event organizing which gave me a great exposure.

Our faculty is the best!!( They are so amazing and have so much subject knowledge and know more! They teach us so well with good resources and different methods, some of our classes our split of with a few ppl in each diffence class and we get to choose our subjects and professors for some courses which have been really helpful! We follow a liberal arts course which helped us learn more ( ivy league)

Since our batch is the founding batch we don't have a lot of idea about placements but we do know that our college is well networked so it's likely that we will get placed well, internship placement was good and we got to work with one of really good ngos in our first year.

We get to interact with so many people! Everyone here are so chill! You get to learn so much from your peers not only from your class but from other departments as well! So it's good. Sometimes the time tables clash so you might get to interact sometimes but overall i would say it's good.
