College Infrastructure
The Wi-Fi of our college is not so good, but the internet connections through the LAN are good; its more than 300 mbps, but the Wi-Fi is too bad. Many of the time it is 2 or 3 mbps speed, not more than that. If you check in your phones, its like 100 or 200 kbps only. The departments, mess, and hostels are good.
Academics
It is very simple to pass the exam; anyone who studies for one or two nights before can do so. The course curriculum is good as it was entirely for the specific to our branch only. The problem is that the faculty members are too few in our college.
Placements
So I took computer science and engineering in data science. Our batch size was very small, and there were 34 students in our batch. In the entire college, our batch size was very small. In our college, 250+ companies came for the placements, including the Japanese companies also. And mostly the companies were from Bangalore only. And the highest package that was offered this time was 44 lacs, which was by a Japanese company.

Hostel facilities are quite good, well-equipped and comfortable for studies and all, food is avarage not so good and Wi-Fi is also available within the campus and library is also opened on Sundays as the hostel is inside the campus it will help the students more
Academics
All faculty members are well-educated and well-experienced personalities and the teaching quality is good. Semester exams are quite easier than University exams as our college is autonomous no worries about examinations and all internal exams are conducted every month.
Placements
About 70% of students get placements in our college, 8 LPA is the highest package and 5 LPA is the minimum package about 85% of students got the internship from our college that too paid internships and they are offered as project director roles and more.

The college has poor Wi-Fi but labs are good. The labs are open for 12 hours for students and the library too. Classrooms are smart classes. Every class contains a projector. They teach via both projector and normal class. Canteen is small but costly. Sports and games are good in the college.
Academics
The faculty is excellent, knowledgeable and skilled. We have visited twice for industrial visits. Every industry we visit, we learn something good which refreshes us. Semester exams teach us in a good manner. The college conducts very peaceful exams.
Placements
Students need a minimum of 6 CGPA to sit for the placements. Companies such as MNCs, Cognizant, DXC, Armani etc. visit here. The packages offered ranges from 6-12 LPA. Training and internship is also provided.

In our college, Wi-Fi is available for a certain period, and if we want to access it, we should ask permission from the office. The mess is average but neat and clean. There is a clinic in our college. There are grounds available to play different types of games.
Academics
Teachers are very helpful and they will clear all our doubts in the classroom itself. If we want to clarify more number of doubts, we can meet them in their cabins. The pass percentage for semester exams is 95%.
Placements
In our batch, there are 600 students. The placement percentage each year is up to 80% to 90%. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA. The average salary package offered is around 7-9 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Zoho, TCS, and Amazon. Around 70% of students secure internships, which are provided by our college.

It also has some good infrastructure on the campus; it's in a developing stage. There are many labs available, and they have separate labs for all the courses. The lab facilities and infrastructure here are also good. It is one of the best colleges for engineering.

They conduct regular exams and tests to keep the students' academic scores good, and they also encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities. They have qualified teachers here, and the semester exams are moderate and a little bit similar to those of Anna University
Placements
In the last placement session, most of the students were selected with high-level packages. There are around 260 companies visiting our campus for placements. There are many courses offered here, and they have plans and original engines for the aeronautical engineering students.

Ramaiah Institute has a modern campus with advanced digital electronics labs, VLSI tools, and well-equipped communication systems labs. The library provides journals, e-resources, and project support, which help students in research and coursework.

For I did Mtech in electronics so the M.Tech in Digital Electronics & Communication is well structured with focus on design, coding, and system-level concepts. Faculty are knowledgeable and guide students in projects, though self-study and extra effort are often needed.

Placements are good but competitive. Core electronics companies come less often compared to IT recruiters. Students aiming for VLSI or embedded roles may need extra internships or skill training outside to secure good opportunities.

Campus life is vibrant with cultural events, workshops, and technical fests. Clubs and groups give exposure beyond academics. The environment is supportive, but workload of M.Tech keeps students more study-focused.

Ramaiah Institute of Technology is a reputed choice for M.Tech in Digital Electronics & Communication. It provides strong faculty support and facilities, though placements in core roles require extra effort from students.

I'm in third year ,will review once I get placed. But little do I know it's quite descent. Daulat Ram College offers decent placement opportunities, especially for students from Commerce, Economics, and English departments. Many reputed companies such as Deloitte, KPMG, EY, and Wipro visit the campus during the placement drive. The placement cell actively organizes training sessions, workshops, and career guidance programs to prepare students for interviews and corporate exposure. Although the highest packages are usually bagged by commerce students, students from other streams also secure internships and entry-level roles in publishing, content writing, education, and NGOs. The alumni network is strong, and opportunities in research and higher education pathways are also encouraged.

The environment is quite good, and the facilities are very good around. They provide Wi-Fi all over the campus. The hostel facility is very good and the quality of food in the mess is good. All the other facilities are good. The playground is very big and all the types of sports and games are played.

The placement of our college is very good. 100% of the students get placed here and the highest salary here is Rs. 4.80 lakh per annum and this too they provide only after the completion of B. Pharmacy which no other college provides. The average salary here starts from 2.8 lakh to 3.8 lakh per annum. Its placement process is very easy. Internship starts from the third year itself and our college is very supportive.

The campus life of the college is memorable and unforgettable experience because they organised every program, events, sports and so on where students can build up their confidence and get engaged in it. The best thing of this College is their teacher staff they are really so good because they understand our mind set and help us in every situation honestly they are like our parents who are their always with us. Academics of Daulat Ram college is nice. College have good faculty members who know about there papers and subjects and not just teaching otherwise. Specially in my department faculty and academics is good.

Daulat Ram college do provide placements to students. Many companies are in contact with the pcell. In the college we have a placement cell in which students can enroll and can get placements. Although placements are more for bcom hons and eco hons kindaa courses but stilll.

Poor infrastructure, lack of proper equipment and facilities, unhygienic washrooms, no ACs in majority of classrooms, classrooms are also insufficient in number for taking classes of such large no. of students. They become stuffy and suffocating in the scorching summers due to no AC, or even if there's AC in some classrooms, majority of them don't work. Extreme network issues on the entire campus, with internet hardly working in a limited number of areas. Lot of maintenance and development is needed in terms of infrastructure

The faculty of most of the departments is good and knowledgeable, though some of them lack proper teaching skills. They are unable to impart the knowledge effectively, because of which students have to study by themselves at the end. There are some teachers who are unable to speak proper english because of which students are unable to understand their teaching.

I'm from psychology where we don't get any placements, so i don't have any idea about the placements at DRC in general. But I have heard instances of people getting high LPA packages as beginners, mostly commerce students, if they work hard.
Campus Life
Since it's an all girls college, the evironment is very safe. But it does get boring sometimes. However, there is a large number of active societies in DRC where students can engage themselves. There are also numerous events and fests held from time to time. The location is good, right at the centre of North campus, e rickshaws and buses are readily available.

In drc most of the science dept are not that much active in the societies and the other activities The teacher's also don't allow 'em to participate (they say we won't give u the attendance kr marks ). A few teachers are way too rude they don't even listen ur pov they just scold. The infra is also not so nice. The faculty also didn't maintain the infra There are so many consequences of bad infra Laboratories also don't have the proper instruments If they have they are broke from somewhere.
