The college does not have a big auditorium for college events, which discourages students from taking part in big events. Wi-Fi is available in computer labs and on college laptops, but not on laptops and tablets, and Wi-Fi is not available in classrooms.
Academics
It is easy to pass semester exams since about 80% students pass the same, but not that easy to acquire good marks. The faculty here are cooperative. The curriculum of MBA course is updated and the college organized many events like festive, annual functions etc.
Placements
60% of the MBA students were placed this year. The maximum package was around 10 LPA and the average was around 3.5 LPA. The visiting companies are mid-level companies such as Infosys and TechNova. There is no formal internship offer from the college

The Infrastructure is modern and based on high-tech technology. The Library offers a vast digital and physical collection of references materials and e-books, beneficial for self-paced learners. Cafeteria, medical aid and recreational zones are also adequately provided.

The curriculum is based on modern trends. Students are guided with mock interviews, workshops and real world case studies. Doubt sessions, mentorship programs and collaborative projects make the academic engaging.

Placement opportunities are fairly structured but not exceptional. The Institute does organize job fairs and drives, which provides extra opportunities for the students. while reputed companies like Infosys HCL and TCS visit the campus regularly.

Average infrastructure too not bad or good, not a high-five kind of infrastructure but ok u would be able to manage if you don't have much expectations on appearance or facilities; not a right place if you are expecting a lift for any health issues where you can't climb the stairs.

Overall my college experience was average with respect to academics but can't expect much from college and there is no proper library allowance also as it is very limited and card based system where you are provided with just 3 cards for all 4 years which are reusuable.

0 placements until 2022, at the time of admission they false promise us that they send us for other campus for placement drive but they never did and just cheated for admission purpose, with very low skill development training.

Overall campus life which we generated on our own was better irrespective of getting inputs from there end. However most of the college life which we had was gone in covid period itself, where we didn't had proper guidance also

Better don't join by seeing a tagline that it is associated with malla reddy group of institutions, enquire properly and take better advices from students studying there.

Placements wise is not performing good from past few years some local companies and other Fintech companies will visit and they offer low packeges 4-5LPA, college helps in finding internships mostly not for all the students

The campus was not at all maintained well. The basic facilities were there but in bad condition, the expectations that i had from he campus were not fulfilled as the delhi univeristy campus was better.

The academic were not well taught. I was changing my field from science to HR, i expected a certain amount of real world training with teaching the roots of the domain but the syllabus was mere theory.
Placements
The college never provided sufficient support for placements. I had to go further to pursue phd and hence was not much focused on it too but the students that expected a good package after masters were disappointed.

The Infrastructure of FIT is average but sometimes Internet facilities are not working properly. The Canteen Food is below average, often repetitive and tasteless. Medical facilities are not in the good condition.

Faculty are experienced and well-knowledgeable, but teaching lacks innovation. Most lecture follow the same old PowerPoint-based routine with very little hands-on learning. They show little interest in helping beyond class hours.

There is no placement training and the placement cell is barely active. Here, placements are not as promising as advertised. Few students manage to secure jobs, it's mostly through their own efforts or external references.

The campus is spread around 11 acres which include college of engineering, architecture and law. Campus area is a bit small but the buildings are well maintained especially the PJ Block. The classes are well equipped with tech and can accomodate a good amount of crowd

The faculty in my department is great. The professors here have are great and will help you with your doubts. In case of a project, you'll be supported the faculty and the hod while developing and scaling it.

Placement in bms are decent as for my department, the average package offered to them was around 10-11 lpa. Around 70% of the students were placed and were offered a decent package from different companies.

Firstly, the SIP season is very hectic , lots of companies visits the campus in order to onboard some students for their internship programs and that too they can offer us PPO that's why it is a huge opportunity for everyone to showcase their talent. Secondly, the placement scenario of IIM kashipur is decent as there are no. Of companies hiring throughout the campus for different job roles helping the students to get some exposure.

Campus Wi-Fi is good enough, but the speed varies from location to location. Classrooms are air-conditioned, and projectors are installed, which is a blessing for learning. Library is well stocked with management books, journals, and online materials. Hostel rooms are decent but could be better at the cost paid.

A few of the courses are delivered in the case study style, cultivating knowledge on a real-life platform. The curriculum is reasonably traditional but is being upgraded gradually with more industry-related courses.

The maximum package given in the recent past was approximately 10 LPA, and the minimum package was approximately 2.5 LPA, with the average being at 4–5 LPA. Some of the regular hiring companies are small and medium-sized organizations such as CapitalVia, Byju's, Jaro Education, and Kotak Mahindra.
