Not worthy or adequate. I Don't feel it's infrastructure meets the industry standards and is not up to the point like other colleges and institutions. I don't like the college building as it has literally no walls only aluminum panels.

The academics in my college is the only thing that can be praised about. Regarding the teachers they are efficient and well educated and are good at what they do. They have well structured study plans and quality studies.
Placements
There is never any placements in my department that is in physiotherapy department of our university. They primarily focuses on the placements of Biotechnology, hospital administration and etc. I really want my college to improve on this aspect

The infrastructure of the college is great there are two separate bock for arts and science, but both are connected. The science block had great lecture halls where most of my classes were held. The physics department alone had two big labs for practical as well as two computer labs for programming. A part of the second floor is completely dedicated to research where most of the PhD students and our professors work.

The faculty provided is the best in the country. Few professors are world-renowned people. They are very dedicated and helpful with our studies. Even the lab staff are really helpful with everything always there to help. In my second year I was given two projects related to electronics to complete which was a credit paper, this helped boost my CV.
Placements
The placement cell of the college is very active. Once you join the college they share every campus placement details through the college mail ID. Personally, I didn't stay for any of the campus placements but I have friends who stood and got placed.

The campus is pretty especially during autumn and spring, They are my fav time. The college is always lively every society in the college will be outside practicing or doing their work. It is a bit movie-like except for all the fake luxury. Students sleep, yap, study, basically do everything at the lawns it is always crowded.

Thapar University has a central library named New Nalanda Library, which is a very mesmerizing and aesthetic piece of infrastructure constructed with the help of international architecture. Professors of Thapar are highly qualified and experienced, as most of them have done their PhDs from IITs. You won't have any concern over their knowledge. They are helpful and supportive. The college conducts two exams in a semester, one MST and one EST, and two sessions prior to each of them. The difficulty of paper is between moderate and tough.

After third year, you will be eligible for the placement and in the second year, you can apply for the internship too. As per my course, which is electronics and computer science, we will learn electronics in 2nd year and computer Science in 3rd year, which will allow us to sit in the placement of teach companies for the SDE role.
