My college have all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equpment. We have all smart&technical facilities in our classrooms, laboraties, liabraries, sports centers and hostels(for eg. Wifi, smart boards). They all can be used and well-maintained . Yes the living spaces are clean & the food hygenic.

I'm studying bcom(hons) because I'm interested in commerce . The teaching quality is best. Yes our curriculum is always updated and includes all the recent developments in the field. I cam find job on my own.
Placements
Only smart students can get the job at our college. Percentage does not matter he/she should have sufficient knoweledge. Our college also work on communication skills and personality development of the student.

Yeah it has everything like auditorium (AC), central library which is one of the largest equipped with ebooks, Innovation garage where you can discuss your ideas and get help for your startups. We also have good labs for everything and above all one of the biggest hostel in Asia where 1.8k students can stay at a time .Everything is there like wifi ,smart board and they are used frequently. Hostes are well maintained and you should not expect much from hostel food.

First year is common for everyone, we have to study subjects related to all branches.After first year you can change your branch of you score well(very less chances like only 4 seats per branch).I am a Computer science student so I can say that computer science faculty is very very experienced and up to date . They know everything like what is trending currently, which subject is more helpful for students and their experience makes us very much comfortable with studies .
Placements
NITW is doing greatly in placements that's why many students tend to join here over other nits though they rank good in NIRF. The percentage of students placed was 90%. The highest package was 53lpa for a guy from EEE branch but he got placed in software job only.The average salary was 13.5% overall and 20 lpa for cse branch. Many recruiters prefer NITW over other colleges so it's not a big deal to get placed , and the placement team is also very supportive.

Jogesh Chandra Chaudhuri college does have the necessary facilities, clubs, etc. which are mostly enjoyable. It boasts a student union which will help with almost anything you want. The college also has a common room where you can come and chill out in the middle of classes. You can also play table tennis and carrom if you will. The cons will be that most of the facilities are not well maintained round the year, and the toilet hygiene could be improved as well.

Well the academic experience differs with departments, but on an average most of the staff and professors are open to conversations relating to academics and finance. The curriculum will be stated by the University of Calcutta, and professors will try their best to help you. The department of mathematics is pretty cool, but the rooms can be a bit clumsy. All in all you have to put the effort to get good grades. Con: you will not get the opportunity to showcase your academic skills here.

Being a non-technical college, it doesn't provide placements as such but you can always visit the placement cell and discuss your issue. Most of the placements will be based on a general profile, meaning it will not relate to the skills you have. Most students either go for government jobs or pursue masters after completing their graduation.

Campus life is pretty cool. You will get ample time to spend with your friends and professors. You can also chill out at the college canteen and reading room (if you can stay low on decibels). I used to play chess there, and used the common room for table tennis. Overall it's a fun experience. Con: If you are uncomfortable with smoking then the common room and canteen could be a no no.

Top recruiters for our course were TCS, Infosys, Hitachi, HCL, Nagarro, ZS Associates, Cognizant, TTN, etc. Students got internships in Foxmula, Blitz, TTN, WatchGuard, Wipro, VMware, Rakuten, etc. Top roles offered here were junior developer, associate developer, programmer trainee, BTA jobs and project manager.

Campus life is good. There is a lot of greenery and a fresh atmosphere. The annual fest is happening in college students can take part in many activities. Library facility is available students can borrow books for whole semester almost every book is available there. The classroom is well maintained. No placements for mechanical branch. We had IT companies coming to our colleges who recruit all the IT students and if any seat is vacant then we were selected. Placement cell needs to be worked on or else students suffer.

campus life is extraordinary. best thing is it is ragging free and any student is caught ragging another will be punished and heavily penalised. worst feature is there is always a clash between the mechanical and ETC branch students. Cold war is always there. It can be seen during the semesters where our teachers will be very strict with them and vice versa. Intra college fights and interbranch fights can be seen in many occasions.
