DSBM has been able to perform well in academics if you see any Utkal University topper, you will find a DSBM student, all thanks to the faculty members and subject teachers, what they do is that they will provide you with study material which is helped me because I'm the type of student who will study before the night of examination, and trust me, I have been able to secure good marks in my semesters. so yeah it's good in academics

Placement is DSBM is average, in the beginning, they will guarantee you the placement, but throughout the year, they will list out only those students who will perform well in academics and co-curricular activities which I think is biased because every student is either good or bad must get a chance to sit in an interview, I was able to secure the placement in ICICI bank by going through off-campus placement, so I guess its average when we talk about the place
Campus Life
The campus is environment-friendly, smoke-free, and pollution-free, the ambiance is good and you can study peacefully in the garden area, the campus has everything that a student can visualize and wants.

The quality of placements has been good as my seniors told. As of their knowledge, if we want a core company job, the average salary is 10 lakhs per annum but if you are interested in IT jobs, average salary can be 5 to 6 lakhs and highest in our department for 8 lakhs in IT job

It has almost every necessary facilities but those are very old and not up to date. Overall facilities in NAB classrooms are good but in branch departments there are no proper facilities like air conditioning ,smartboards etc. Wifi speed is high but coverage is not good. Talking about hostels, PEC is building new hostels that are like hotels ,but that are too limited and old hostels are like not liveable ,but you have live in them no option, mess food is improving and students can change menu.

I am from electrical branch, quality of teaching is poor, most of the students are dependent on youtube lectures, but this is condition of every top college of India so I will not complain about it. Curriculum is also old, These studies will never make you job ready, for every college in India you have to study from online courses or youtube,so same is the condition of PEC no difference.

Placements of this year are really outstanding, even branches like meta are having median around 8LPA, production with 9LPA average,CSE have 25LPA average,ECE has 18LPA average, EE has 15LPA average, Apple visit this college regularly,mentioning apple because it don't even visit some IITs, so you can imagine the placements level of this college.

Campus life depends on person to person, if you have money to spend than PEC's life is great because of it's location, Chandigarh is heaven but you will have to manage your career with chilling life of PEC, otherwise things will get harder and harder for you. Chandigarh being best planned city of India ,PGI(2nd best ranked hospital of India after AIIMS Delhi)touches boundary of PEC,4 Specialty Hospitals in radius of 5km,clubs,malls,police station eveything is near about PEC

The college provides the best facilities. The campus is well-maintained. Campus spread across 50-acre. our college has one of the best libraries with over 2,00,000 books and well maintained group discussion (GD) rooms with TV monitors in them. A swimming pool, Nirvana park for yoga and fresh air in morning almost separate grounds for each and every game. food served in mess is average. one thing that does not work properly is Wi-Fi, it is average. overall campus is good.

Around 90% of faculty members are Ph.D. holders. Many faculty members are from IITs. The semester exams are quite competitive and test our knowledge to the fullest. They conduct sessional, MST and EST in every semester. Semester exams are difficult, you have to study constantly to score a well or high CGPA.

The highest salary package offered is 14LPA, and the overall avg package is 7 LPA. Avg package for the CSE branch is nearly 11 LPA. almost 94% of students got placements. Top recruiting companies are Zomato, Deloitte, IBM, Infosys, Amazone, JPMC, Reliance, Wipro, and much more. In the year 2022-23, around 150 students were placed on campus.

But there's still no updates regarding the new subjects coming up. Only basic branches of engg are there here(CSE,ISE, ECE,EEE,CVL,ME)-no good facilities for AIML. Other clgs have engg in ROBOTICS,CYB SCTY , MLEARNING, IOT,Aero, and many more from the sem 1 While there there no much options until from the electives comes in the 3rd year.

I'm in 4th sem. I've heard it's it good. But not experience the placement trainings. The companies like Capgemini, TCS and many other companies come and recruite but not in bulk. The placement is good.

The campus life is not that great. The clg has no major hand in providing anything except the academic related sponsorships and related help but if you get a hold of good friends in clg you might get through the years pretty well.

From my experience this is one of the best college infrastructure in Tirupati. We have all facilities and resources. The college is fully gardened with various flower plants and trees. The College is greeny and lush. We have sports facility and tournaments are conducted. Overall college is well-maintained and kept clean. The canteen here have tasty and healthy food.

I am doing my course Pharm.D in this college, It has been 3 years. That I saw the faculty very fond to students in explaining doubts. They are highly skilled and experienced. The faculty helps in clearing doubts in side and out side the classrooms. The practical labs are maintained advanced and kept clean.

Placement quality is good. There will be atleast one year internship in hospital. Reputed hospitals recruits students in our field. 60% of students are placed every year. The highest package is 2.5LPA and lowest is 1LPA. The placement process is easy.

Placements are quite good here and average package for a mechanical engineering is 4 lakhs, in my programme that is honours in welding their is 100% placement companies like Mahindra and Mahindra , HUL, TCS, Cognizant, Walmart and many more comes here.

Campus life in SLIET good and arranged all type of facilities are availabe inside campus , there us total of 10 Boys Hostel available here and two girls hostel are there, and their is SAC that is Student Activity Centre where students and enjoy according to their own gym , football ground, vollyball ground , stadium are available , food shops are also here.
