Highest salary package offline placement is around 14 lakh per annum and online placement is around 1 crore per annum.Avarage package is around 6 lakh per annum. The placements of CS, ECE & EE are mind blowing. Many big companies visit our campus every year. Many students of CE & ME are not interested in placement because they are prepare for IES, IAS , GATE & other competitive exams. Also some students of CE & ME interested in placement & they easily placed through campus placement.

College is located in best location and infrastructure is excellent. Classrooms are very big had a capacity of 55-60 . Classrooms are fully AC and whole College is fully WiFi connected and provides wifi to the students. College has big canteen, auditorium, stationary, indoors games in basement. College also had Cafe Coffee Day. Food in the canteen serve is hygienic and very tasty. College also have 2 library one for management and other for law.

I am belong to management course , faculties are very good and supportive. The treat their students as their friends. They teaches us very good and very cooperative. Her teaching skills are very high and knowledgeable. They always teach us the lessons with proper examples.

College provides best placement cells and drive. College are link with with the big Mncs and they provide good opportunities to the students. Internships drive are for 4th, 5th semester students. The average salary package is 1.5-2 lac per anum.

For studies, college has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. One can get all necessary support in that respect and cannot complain about the same. For sports, college does not have sufficient infrastructure. College building is simply a 6-storey structure where each floor is dedicated to a particular department. However, IITRAM have some good lab facilities which are accessible to all students and that is a plus point.

I am pursuing Bachelors of Technology in Electrical Engineering. Quality of teaching is good, but still self-study is always required wherever you go. If you are willing to learn, all professors will be more than happy to teach you. IITRAM is a new college, established 7 years ago, and since then they have been developing and revising the course curriculum every year and making changes as and when required. Does what you study makes you job-ready?: No!

Not sure about the quality of placements as the data is not publically available. But still, placements are not very promising. Going for higher studies is preferrable. Placements are not something that IITRAM is great at. However, it can provide substantial help in doing research related work and prepare you for higher studies.

As mentioned above, college campus is very small for someone who likes sports. Students, teachers and support staff are very supportive. It's located in the residential area and is surrounded by residential buildings. Yes, it's safe and can handle emergencies very well.

College has all the necessary equipment but nothing to fancy like smart boards in all rooms. The library is large and house a myriad of books. The sports facilities include and are not limited to an indoor basketball court, a gym etc which are amazing. The living spaces are clean and the food is hygienic.

I'm studying BCom because I wish to pursue CA and bcom helps me by having similar subjects. the quality of teaching is pretty good but there are a few teachers who face difficulty in conveying their knowledge to the students. The curriculum is updated and a few subjects surely prepare us for the real thing that we will have to face in the future.

The quality of placements is good from what I have heard but I do not have much knowledge as to the percentage of students placed or the packages recieved as I am more focused on my chartered accountancy course.

The college campus is good but not IIT good. It's best feature is that it's located in Langford road, very close to MG road and is accessible by metro. It's worst feature is that, the auditorium is a long walk from our block, so it creates a lot of chaos and confusion. The location is safe and can handle emergencies.

I am studying BCOM(P) from kirori Mal College. It is the best college in India. All the teachers are great there, their teaching style is unique and interesting. Yes curriculum is updated to date and it does teach us all the field knowledge which make us fit in the corporate world.

Placement are great, all the big companies come there for recruitment. Most of the students were placed. Higest package i think was 14LPA. It was for BCOM. Average salary was 5-6 LPA. Placement process was smooth and interesting. My college was very supportive during the process.

Since the college does not have girls hostel so I don't know anything about it but college have boys hostel.
VIT is full of opportunities and you just have to grab them.

The college infrastructure is quite good. You have SJT (Silver Jubilee Tower), TT(Technology Tower), Periyar Library. The library is the best, you have 3 floors in the library, the top floor has coursebook ebooks in the systems. To lease a book the process is automated you don't have to wait in line. Just give scan your ID Card and your book will be leased for 2 weeks.

The academics are fine... Most of the hard work you have to do if you want to get an S grade, some courses lack good faculties which are the core for ECE. You have to do most of the heavy lifting in order to get good grades. There is relative grading to calculate your CGPA. So we have to score just more than our classmates to get a good overall grade.

Placements are the core part of the reason why VIT is preferred among other Private Institutes. Many top tech companies come for recruitments. But to land a job in those top tech companies your DSA should be strong.

Campus life is the best in VIT, Vellore, you get to meet many interesting people from all over the world. We can get a lot of information about their culture and traditions. Overall, you will get one of the best experiences of college life.
