24 MonthsMaster of Education (M.Ed) is a two-year full-time postgraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Manipur University, Imphal.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidates seeking admission to M.Ed. the course must have at least 50% of marks in B.Ed/ BEd/ BA B Ed/ B Sc B Ed/ B El Ed/ D El Ed with an undergraduate degree (with 50% marks in each) There shall be relaxation of marks in the case of ST, SC, OBC and minority candidates as per rules laid down by Manipur University and NCTE from time to time.
Admission Details
The M Ed admission of the College shall be made on the merit of the qualifying examination (50 %) and the entrance test (50%) of the college. The Entrance Test shall be examined in General English (30 marks), General Knowledge (45 marks of multiple-choice based on B Ed Course, GK, etc ), and Teaching Aptitude (25 marks of multiple choice). The date of the Entrance Test will be notified in due time.
