Rupahi College provides BA programme with 13 options or specialisations. Admission into the BA programme is merit listed, based on scores achieved in the 10+2 examinations. BA programmes have a huge and wide intake capacity; among the favored majors are Assamese, English, Education, Political Sciences, and Economic Science. This course has an established intake capacity of 750 seats for BA (Assamese) and BA (English), and 400 seats for BA (Education).
The college admits students for five B.Sc. specialisations. The basis for B.Sc. admission is merit, with considering the marks obtained in the relevant 10+2 examination subjects. The approved intake capacity for
Rupahi College offers B.Com along with 3 specialisations. This programme has a sanctioned intake of 200 seats. The admission process for B.Com is merit-based and considers marks obtained in the qualifying examination, mainly on commerce-related subjects.
Two B.Voc programmes are available from this college, namely Medical Laboratory Technology and Food Processing and Quality Management, with respective intakes of 60 and 50. Admission to these programmes is mostly merit-based while also considering practical skills relevant to the chosen vocational field.
Rupahi College offers the MA in Arabic with an intake of 20 seats. The admission process for postgraduate programmes is generally based on the marks obtained in the Bachelor's Degree of relevance, plus extra criterions, if any, set by the institution.
